The supply of energy to the mankind in the present day world is from many different sources. The different sources of energy are as follows:
The above resources can be classified as renewable or non-renewable. Some resources are constantly produced on the earth and are known as renewable resources. Others are not replenished and are called non-renewable sources.

c) Coal, Uranium
Fossil fuels such as oil, coal and natural gas are very important sources of energy. Produced millions of years ago, they are non renewable and need to be conserved for the future of mankind.
